Happy Holidays

 Hello,

Holidays are here and sun, sand and surf awaits us as we head out of the cities and make our way to holiday houses, shacks, and pack tents and campers to lounge.

Everything shuts down as we look to January – annual leave for many sees us as beachcombers, fishing on rocks, spending time with families and friends while celebrating the joy of living.

May you all have a very peaceful and relaxing Christmas.

Wishing you a Happy New Year - 2015

  1. Hello, Allie-Millie! It must seem odd to most North Americans for Christmas to be a warm weather holiday down under, although here in Florida it is often warm enough for a swim around this time of year.

That Chevy reminds me of the one my family bought in 1955, a white over yellow hard top. My older brother got in trouble for drag racing in it. The lime green Torana reminds me of the 1970 Plymouth Duster that I owned. It was a similar shade of green, officially called "Sassy Grass" by the manufacturer.

I hope you have a safe and relaxing holiday and perhaps get the opportunity to go to the beach and do some body surfing.

Merry Christmas and happy new year to you, dear friend Allie-Millie!
